Returning unwanted items

We accept returns subject to conditions laid out below. Your statutory rights are not affected and these rules are also subject to fair use.

If you need to return an unwanted item the product must be returned in its original condition complete with any tags, packaging and accessories. Items returned in damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable / unhygienic condition will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 

Returned items are your responsibility until they are received by us. Please ensure any items are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend retaining proof of postage in the event the item is lost in transit. Should any items be returned in error the costs of resending these items out will be paid by the customer. 

If you would like to request a refund this must be done within 14 days of the item being received. Refunds are issued strictly to the original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If you are unable to return the item within this time please contact us. Refunds and exchanges outside the 14 day window will be offered solely at our discretion. 

Unwanted items that are returned outside the returns period, and/or without prior agreement with us, will not be accepted. The item will be returned to your address and shipping costs will be chargeable to you. 

Stirlings Powersports reserves the right to deactivate any account associated with, or cancel any order which, we believe is in contradiction of fair use – e.g. excessive ordering and returning or we suspect items are being worn beyond sizing checks and returned.  

Stirlings Powersports reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event any items returned do not match the item ordered.
